All the large apartments are located in Dario's House that is the oldest building of the Hamlet. This beautiful stone building that imposes its structure on the Valley was an old watch little fortified house. The building has been carefully restored and divided into apartments. One of these apartments located in the old warehouse of the hamlet has its own private entrance and its own private outdoor garden. The rest of the apartments shares a common garden. All the apartments have gorgeous views of the Chianti valleys. Apartments have 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a big living room with working fire place and sofa bed. All the apartments are also provided with a kitchen and an equipped outdoor area.

These apartments are the perfect accommodation in Tuscany for families or groups of friend up to six people.

Important Note: Not all large size apartments are equals, Deluxe apartments with 3 bathrooms and private panoramic garden are available upon request, for that reason the price may be higher than the one that this page is showing.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
