Exteriors

Castello is a wonderful Tuscan Castle located just half way between Siena and Florence near Certaldo in the heart of the Chianti region. The manor is surrounded by gentle rolling hills, olives trees and vineyards. From outside, the Castle still keep its medieval aspect thanks to the originals materials that have been used during the restoration.
A beautiful garden with many varieties of plants and many kinds of roses surrounds the property. In the middle of the garden there is a beautiful 7x14 m swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside where guests can relax and refresh themselves during the hot summer days.

The property is divided into 9 apartments all of them furnished with original Tuscan furniture and antiquities. Some of the apartments are located in the main Castle while others in little restored farm houses around the main building.

All the apartments still keep a charming ancient character due to the original antique furniture and antiquities, walls have nice Tuscan colors and floors are made of terracotta, kitchens are fully equipped and embellished with Carrara marbles

Guests can also use some of the common areas such us a private library where is possible to find recent and antique literature and the out door tables where is possible to have to have alfresco meals.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
