Apartment Nettuno is an independent apartment in Tuscany with private access from the garden.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
