Divino Villas in Tuscany

Available for exclusive use from a minimum of 18 people at 9,000 Euros per day (high season) and 6,000 Euros per day (low season). Each additional person is 300 Euros per day. Prices may be tailored to your needs.

Exteriors 

Villa Buonvento is a jewel in the Sienese countryside. 5 independent houses, including the manor house and the wellness-fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines, Finnish sauna and cold plunge, steam sauna, and a hydro massage pool, develop around the square of the hamlet. The large panoramic pool sits in front of the fitness center. A private bar is provided for refreshments during your relax by the pool. The tennis and basketball court is few steps away from the pool, while the bocce field is near the main houses.

The square and the alleys between each house are lined with rose, rosemary and wild sage plants, creating a wonderful Mediterranean ambient while scenting the air with relaxing aromas.

The large garden is carefully tended and harmonizes perfectly with the surrounding countryside with a continuous flow of grass and wild flowers that take the eye far away to the spectacular horizon. The gently rolling hills celebrate Villa Buonvento from all around, while other farmhouses in the distance eco the poetry and tradition of this hamlet. The century sun-baked stone walls of each accommodation tell an 800 year old story, just as the interiors have been kept loyal to their original appaerance, with few touches to give to Villa Buonvento all the modern comforts and charm that you will discover at first sight.

Interiors 

The manor house is the heart of the hamlet. The internal courtyard with loggia includes the reception office, the wine tasting private cellar and one of the various entrances to the house.
The ground floor features all the gathering spaces such as a living room with grand piano and study room, the media room with large HD TV, movie collection, educational material and game consoles, the formal dining room for 34 people, the outdoor dining terrace, a well furnished library, wine and cocktail bar, a 150 sqm state-of-the-art conference center to satisfy all business needs, a ballroom for fifty, a wine cellar with wine tasting room, and a very large professional kitchen, excellent for cooking classes.

The dining room has two exits on the dining terrace for an additional 30 people. This setting is excellent for a panoramic breakfast and “alfresco” dining in the evening.

In addition to several sitting rooms on this floor, the large living room offers the cozy light of a fireplace and a grand piano.

The first floor is accessible through a marble staircase and two lifts. On this floor are located the 6 suites with double bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, shower and double basins. All suites are stocked with breakfast goods daily. The master suite also features a private Finnish sauna and a private steam-sauna. 3 suites are accessible from the courtyard for added privacy. All suites in the manor house feature ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, two of which feature hydromassage. The other houses feature the same attention to the detail and comforts.

Filippi is a large apartment for 4 people with two double suites with ensuite bathrooms,one with shower and one with bathtub and shower, kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace and sofas, panoramic outdoor patio with dining table.


Santa Teresa is a very refined house on two floors for 8 people. The ground floor is open with a cutout wall separating the formal dining room and the kitchen. The living area has a fireplace and sofas. The outdoor loggia features dining equipment and a splendid view. One double bedrooms is on this floor, while three are on the first floor. All have ensuite bathrooms with shower, one also features a bathtub. The master bedroom has an enchanting view from the arched window.

Fede house is for 10 people, on two floors. The decor is refined, without losing the Tuscan rustic touch. The great living area includes the large fireplace and sitting room, dining space for 12 and music system. The outdoor patio is equipped for dining, as well as the gazebo. One downstairs bedrooms has private garden access, while four bedrooms are upstairs. Two bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, the other private bathrooms are adjacent. Three bathrooms feature bathtub and shower, two have a shower.

Colussi is the coziest of the houses for 4 people with two double bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. It features a living room with fireplace, kitchenette and breakfast table. The private terrace offers a dining area and wonderful views.

All the houses at the hamlet feature a central music system in the living areas connected to the provided iPod with thousands of songs and local radio access with Bose system. In the manor house each bedroom has its own iPod to choose between private or house wide diffusion. The fitness center too features an iPod music diffusion system.
