The stone staircase leads to the top of the old tower where there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms, satellite-TV, and hair dryers in all bathrooms. It connects with Giorgio through internal doors. Because of the internal stairs it is not suitable for young children

Locanda is an independent villa completely separate from the main body of Ambra Hamlet.

It is composed of four independent suites, each one with one double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Three suites also include a living room with a single sofabed. Three rooms have an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, one room with shower only.

On the ground floor are the large fully equipped kitchen and large living room with sofas, armchairs and fireplace. Each suit also has air conditioning, sat TV with VCR. Locanda can be rented integrally or partially.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
