The suites with Garden all are spacious and charming, with private garden space and spectacular views of the surroundings. Two have seaviews of the sparkling Mediterranean sea. The suites are. Located  on the ground floor of the old stables, directly overlooking the park, each with kitchenette and 12 square meters terrace with table and chairs.Double bed, kitchenette, patio area and small garden. 28m² with ensuite shower (no bath).

House Suites are located in the main bulding, two of them are Junior and two of them are Senior Suites.One of the Junior Suites is 31m² with a shower only the other is 36m² with shower and bath. Senior Suites are about 45m² and with an ensuite shower and bath. All Suites have inclredible views ofspectacular views of the sea, Baratti Gulf and the garden.

These Suites located at the bottom of the garden are the most exclusive of this boutique hotel.   Suites are  on the villa's ground floor and have: kitchenette, conservatory, veranda with sea view and cast-iron old-style bathtub, and a splendid view of the sea and of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. These rooms are the biggest and they are about 70 square meters.

If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
