Reggia Etruria is a wonderful complex of four large apartments in Tuscany. Resting on the summit of a hill in the territory between Tuscany and Umbria, this accommodation is very close to the wonderful city of Arezzo.

The apartments are located only miles from the town of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan site and modern cultural center that each year hosts the Tuscan Sun Festival. Set in the peace of the countryside, the accommodation is within one hour from Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Assis and the Trasimeno lake. Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino are within half-hour. All these renown destinations make for a splendid daytrip.

The peaceful natural surroundings at Reggia Etruria are the perfect setting for your vacation in Tuscany. The perfectly tended garden is adorned with blossoming flowers. Stone walls define the perimeter of the large garden, while the extra large swimming pool of 7 meters by 14 meters in size is set in the most panoramic location of the property. The swimming pool area is fitted with showers and dressing rooms.

This is the ideal place to hide from the frenzy of city life and rediscover the inner peace that only the direct contact with nature can provide.

 

Interiors

 

Each apartment at Reggia Etruria is a charming stay in Tuscany. You will find a detailed description of each apartment at the Apartments Page.

Three apartments are for 4 plus 2 people, while one is a large 7 plus 1 people, for a total occupancy of 26 people. This makes Reggia Etruria perfect for large groups, but also provides a great deal of privacy for the occupant of each apartment.

One apartment is on the ground floor, one on the first floor, while two develop on two floors. All apartments feature a TV set, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and a barbecue. Moreover, each one has a dining room and living room. Two also feature a fireplace.

To complete the comfort of your stay, each apartment features independent entrance and private outdoor eating garden space fitted with table and chairs. 

From the windows of the apartments you will enjoy an unforgettable view of the Tuscan countryside and the hills around Cortona.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

DIVINO VILLAS is allowed to send the user its Communications either by e-mail or land mail; likewise, the users will be able to direct their Communications to the website by land mail to DIVINO VILLAS, C/ Girona 53, ent , 08009 Barcelona. Or via the website at relations@divinovillas.com

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
