From The swimming pool of this tuscan villa is easy to know the real Tuscan "Dolce Vita", A small stream runs between the lovely private garden and the road acting as a natural property boundary. From the house a beautiful view of the sweet tuscan landscape and of a near medieval Abbey would provid a sense of beauty and peace. At night the garden is magic with the larger trees lit complimented, in summer, by fireflies which appear and disappear among the rambling climbing roses. It is not uncommon to hear the nightingales song in the sheer silence envoloping the Abbey. The famous village of Sarteano is about 5 min Driving.
Interiors
Oca is 500 square meters Villa in Tuscany with 7 dobuble bedrooms and 7 bathrooms for max 14 + 2 with private swimming pool (rectangular 6 x 12 meters). This large spacious Villa which in past times had to accomodate two families given the fact that there exists two large fireplaces as well as a wood burning oven is the perfect place where to enjoy Tuscany, its nature, its history and the beautiful Valdorcia Valley
Ground floor - Ample dining room with large open kitchen. Sofa/TV room with fireplace communicating with the dining room and leading directly onto the garden. Door from kitchen leads onto the garden and an outisde staircase to the first floor provides a second entrance to the house. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, private bathroom with tub. One double room with twin beds, private bathroom with tub.
First floor - Living room with armchairs and fireplace, small veranda with wood burning stove. Three double bedrooms with single beds, all with private bathrooms and shower.
