Villa Panorama is immersed in the middle of an oasis of peace and silence, yet near important and lively cultural centers such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. Villa Panorama is a Seventeenth Century farm. Recently restructured, this villa in Tuscany brings its guests to the past with finely furnished interiors with pieces from the Tuscan tradition. From the large panoramic terrace from where it is possible to gaze at 270 degrees landscapes of the Chiana valley, one has access to the villa.
The surroundings of Villa Panorama are composed of a lush garden rich with blooming vegetation and accurately kept lawns. The 10 by 5 meters swimming pool has its own private spot immersed in a beautiful orchard with a 180 degrees view over the Val di Chiana and the city of Cortona.
The land around Villa Panorama offers plenty of activities. Starting with the many hours you will be able to enjoy suntanning or swimming in the panoramic private pool furnished with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, you can continue with panoramic walks to Cortona, surf the internet from everywhere with the Wi-Fi connection, hike through the surrounding countryside, rent a bike at a nearby rental location, go horseback riding through the woods, or see Tuscany from above with a hot hair balooning tour experience. You just need to ask!
Interiors
The main body of this Toscana villa can host up to 6 guests, while two immediate annexes are suitable for a couple each so the property can host up to 10 people. The ground floor has one large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and pantry, one large living room with fireplace, and one bathroom. The first floor is composed of three matrimonial bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which also with bathtub.
Right next to the main body of the villa, but completely independent, are the annexes. These two romantic accommodations are perfect to suite the needs for independence of larger groups.
Finely furnished in every detail, with cotto tails and ceilings, they include a fully equipped kitchen, one large living/dining room, and one matrimonial bedroom with bathroom. Both annexes have independent access.
Each portion of the property can be rented separately.
