This wonderful private retreat is only 3 kilometers away from Siena. Throning the Chianti region on one of its most beautiful hills, the Villa is gifted with absolute tranquillity and privacy, yet it's very close to Siena.
Magnificent red and violet sunsets can be admired from here, while your look gazes at the rolling hills of Tuscany from atop. Here you will feel at home away from home.
The Fortezza Medicea hosts the one and only Enoteca Italiana (Italian merchant wine house). Discover here how to pair excellent wines with delicious food: an exquisite occasion to spend an evening with your friends. If you desire to dine out and then walk through the city at night, Siena and its surroundings will surely have the restaurant of your choice. Piazza del Campo's scenery will be the perfect way to end the evening. During summer time watching a film at the cinema under the stars in the ancient Fortezza Medicea would be a pleasant alternative.
Interiors
Villa Nociano has all modern comforts you may desire. All rooms are furnished with true country Tuscan furniture from the Eighteenth and Nineteenth century. Stylish amenities and accessories make all common environments pleasant to live and spend time in.
This villa in Tuscany is a charming runaway from the ordinary. Its four bathrooms, three queen size bedrooms, one king size bedroom and two single bedrooms, it easily accommodates ten people. One extra bed can be added in one bedroom to increase occupancy up to 11 people.
The large kitchen and living room allow for all occupants plenty of comfort. Recent remodelling discretely merged the kitchen to the large living-dining room with fireplace conveying a taste of the antique Tuscan tradition of large communal spaces and warm ambients.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, American and Italian cofee makers, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer. In the living room you will find the stereo CD player and the satellite TV. The washer is set in the largest bathroom, discretely out of sight.
